Just want to give a big thumbs up for North Face warranty.    :tu: :tu: :tu:

In May I sent in a 12 year old old Nuptse Down Jacket that the front zipper had broken on. While I was at it I figured I would send in my old Gore-tex ski bibs that are almost 30 years old. I wasn't holding much hope that they would do anything about those. The Gore-tex was failing and it they had a couple of broken zippers. I took both into my local North Face store and they took care of shipping them for me.

The other day I got the Jacket back with a nicely replaced zipper. There was a note saying that they couldn't fix the Bibs as they were too old but to call them to discus my options. I called them and was told that they could give me 50% of of a replacement pair or just send my old pair back. Well I don't ski anymore and don'y really need a new pair so I said thank you but just send then back.  It was worth a try   :tu:

Later on that day I got an E-mail from North Face with a link to an online gift card for $300 good at any North Face store or online for anything I want.

I was shocked to say the least   :o

That's awesome. I've beeen trying to decide between a North Face thermoball jacket and a Patagonia Nano puff jacket. This may have just swayed me to TNF. I'm glad to hear that they do uphold their warranty.
I have a few North Face hard shells that are getting age on them. I hope I can get the same great service when the time comes.
