Here is my real tree classic. I don't carry it much but I really like it.

For the past twenty something years, a Vic classic has been my daily companion. It's been too handy to not have and it's up to most tasks a urban dweller like me runs into. I've worn out a few by using the ever lovin dog poo outa them. Hey, it's a ten dollar pocket knife with many capabilities. I have some other pocket knives, but they get used now and then, and none of them are daily carry-just once in a while type knives.

When a classic is teamed up with a P-38 and a keychain screw driver, it will do a lot of daily jobs. Those two tools eliminate a full layer of a regular SAK.

I stopped into Smokey Mountain Knife Works today! My compact got to have a little family reunion, but he didn't bring any friends home.

Thanks everyone! For today I had my son dump his out next to mine. He loves his "pirate knife". As you can see, he's a budding EDC'r.

Nice.

I gotta agree with you, the Classic [SD] is one heckuva useful knife to carry, and so easy to carry as well. I'm still a bit irked that Vic Classics are banned on airplanes by TSA.

I am a bluegrass fan, but that watermark refers to my being from Kentucky (the bluegrass state).

Are you talking about those left handed cigarettes?  :pok:

I kid. I forgot about that. Though some might argue Bluegrass started in the Appalachian mountains of NC and TN.
