I want to have a few titanium liners made to play around with but before I spend a lot of money on material and waterjet fees I want to see how you guys do it.
This is for the 93mm models.
So the factory thickness is 0.025" (0.65mm) for the liner and the keyring at 0.039" (0.99mm).
I know Syph cuts all his liners at 0.035 and then sands them down to about 0.032". Do you guys have your keyrings cut out of the same stock and use washers to recover the lost space or do you have the keyrings cut from a different, thicker, stock?
