More chicken! The gas was out for a few days and our oven top is all gas powered.

Went with the kids to get some wood, used the Emberlit Fireant to make some flat bread and Schwarma chicken in a wok! Served with hummus, chilli and pickles, meal fit for a king!

Oh and cyprus wood is a pain in the behind to get burning. Next time I'll split the branches first and dry them out for an hour.

Is sipping fire through a straw is a normal recreational activity in your part of the world?  :D

Makes a man out of you!
Should save you on spices with that kind of heat.

Straws are for kids.
Real men drink fire in pint glasses, or directly from the source.  >:D
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

Been a busy couple of days outdoors in the sun with the smoker and steamer but there is now some 6 times this amount of pastrami stocked up.
