Wanted: Leatherman Bit Kit and/or Bit Driver Extender

I'm looking for a cheap bit kit set, the one with 2 plastic holders and 21 double ended bits.  Can be used condition, and have one or two missing bits or damaged/missing holders.  Cheapest I can find on Internet is currently £20.95 for a new set (not E-bay), so that's my maximum price including postage, etc.

Also looking for the Wave bit driver extender.  Can be used condition.  Cheapest I can find for new on internet is £16.95.

Would also consider buying a removable bit holder (the one used for the Juice), but I already have one so would only be looking for a really cheap spare.
