why doesn't Vic make

Why doesn't Victorinox make a 91 mm one hand opener like the Trekker only without the saw? Would be my ideal SAK.

Yes, I would expect so. Basically a 91 mm Trekker without the saw.

Have you tried one of those thumb studs that clamp on the spine of a blade?

Yes, but they block use of other tools even on blades that they will fit to (not most SAKs)

I could see myself buying that.

OH blade, and locking flat driver/prybar.
But they might have to change the shape of it? I imagine it wont fit as well in the hand, when scaled down?

And the spring would have to be significantly weaker on the blade than on the 91mm knives or it would be a pain to OH open.
