SAKGUY also neck carried.  He's has kydex for his SAK.  I do not recall what he carried tho.  My guess would be Alox.

It does look like a rescue from the floor shot! 

I had no idea the XAVT could perform CPR, it's probably in the owner's guide. Maybe they levitate too?

The SAKs don't detach (quickly) from the lanyard, do they? If they did, I'd suggest carrying under the armpit, lanyard across the chest. Less dangling, less chance to get caught somewhere.

I used to wear a mini champ on that beaded chain they use for dogtags.  I found it nicer to wear than paracord and it wouldnt strangle me if it got caught on something.
