SIGNAL SATURDAY

and in my nearby Eagles March conservatory, MONARCH DAY.
The area has been planted with a large areas as selected of once common MILKWEED, the prime plant that provides food for the migratory Monarchs in late summer.

Lots of activities for children in the marsh, and quick walk was done to make certain trail markers are in place and paths recently reworked would be blocked off to protect  areas and hikers not familiar.

The AQUA Signal was selected for its Monarch neutral colors ☺️

And, after dropping in the muck type soil, used the GI Joe’s can opener tip to remove soil from hard to remove craters

Moss gathering everywhere’s in the shade areas. 😉
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Great pics, guys  :like:  I don't normally carry my Signal, but this thread keeps me reaching for it on what's normally my chore day.     I carry the Blazer with it because it eats through cardboard like crazy (I have to break down our delivery boxes) and it's still as sharp as the day I bought it.  The Gerber pry bar is just a cheap prybar I have.  I need a better one, but the Gerber gets the job done.

:hatsoff: Thanks gents and nice pics too!  Rich, if it works, I'd carry that Gerber and not worry about another one!  If it gets the job done, it's ideal.  Actually, I should jump on Gerber's site and get one myself.

Thank you  :hatsoff:

I want a prybar made from tool steel, but the cheap Gerber prybar has been doing the job fine.  I mainly carry it because I frequently found myself tempted to use a blade as a prybar :ahhh , so having an actual prybar handy stifled that urge.

SIGNAL Saturday

Giving attention to plants that are yet blooming!

This plant received water, still providing color even after the cool and dry weather.

SIGNAL not forgotten this SATURDAY!

My morning walk was postponed till chores and errands completed.

This SIGNAL has been in my bag awl morning!

At home, it allowed me catch a glamor shot in my Sunset Maple before we decide on a nap or early dinner.
[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Just noticed!!! The blade on the SIGNAL appears the same shape as the new WAVE ALPHA???
What ever it is a cut above my my standards. 🥹
