I've moaned before about the lack of multitool and sharp stuff in the car boot sales around here in Ireland. :-\

But now I've found something goood:ahhh
It beats the white scale Climber I found two years ago for €3.  :D

The plier head was rusted shut.
It took a literal WD-40 soaking and tedious forcing open and closing while clamped in a vise to loosen the plier head to the point I could open and close by hand with effort. Then some more wiggling to make it nice and loose.
Then a soap water wash, dry off, open, close, wipe up the rusty slush working it's way out of the plier head, etc.  :ahhh

Now it's nice and loose, clean, pretty and functional, despite the surface rust still present. I'll leave it like this for now.

I'm extremely pleased to have aquired a Leatherman, my first one, and for €2 at that! :o
I almost feel like I stole it, despite the entirely unusable condition it was in when I found it.
I'm surprised by how thin and slim it is when folded. :D

After thinking about it, I don't want an awl.
So my options are file, or remaking the blade into a marlinspike (or a package opener?  :D ), or both!

Since the blade on the kick is thinner than on the fuse for some reason, I could put a file in place of the blade and make the blade into something else and relocate it to beside the lanyard tool.
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!
