Leatherman 3/32" firearm punch
on: September 03, 2017, 04:54:14 PM
So i got a little dremel happy this morning, I wanted a firearms disassembly punch for my wave so I took one of my factory Glock pin punches and dremeled it down until it fit in the bit holder. If you do this put some tape on the pin part while grinding to protect it. Only time will tell if it will hold up, I hope the bit holder doesn't break (most pins on guns don't take very much force to press them through). I'm also thinking of grinding another lock notch in the holder so it'll lock up at a 90° angle. I also worked over this phillips bit, I've got some magnetic bit holder/adapters that'll get the treatment later.
