3D printed 91mm scales GAW
on: September 16, 2017, 04:28:29 AM
My first GAW, wohoo! As a way of showing my appreciation to this awesome community, I'm holding this modest giveaway. I recently organized a group buy to have Remade Knives publicly released 3D design of its 91mm scales printed locally in my country (Philippines). A few brave guinea pigs joined me and I can say were ecstatic by the results! Grey and Black 91mm scales were printed and claimed to be carbon fiber and ABS by the guy who printed for us.

I have actually reserved 1 set of each color to be an MTO GAW  :MTO:

Rules are simple:

1. Anyone with more than 100 posts is qualified

2. Just post in this thread what 91mm SAK will you possibly use these scales on

3. Winner will be drawn randomly next weekend

4. Shipping will take quite awhile though as it won't via air  :-[

Good luck to everyone who will join  :tu:

While it might cost me the pen, the scales on my EDC Compact are gouged, scratched, and in one place I think they are a little melted.

Finaly!

Thanks for the neat GAW.

I'd probably put the scales on a Cybertool 34 which is in desperate need of a set.

Great GAW! Thanks for the chance!
  :salute:

Those scales look pretty tough and resistant. I'd probably put them on my Climber, so I wouldn't be afraid to EDC it all the time in case I'd scratch the original scales.

Thanks for doing this GAW. I have a 91mm Tinker that I bought at a flea market for $1 that was missing 1 scale so that would be a perfect candidate for these.

Thank you for the GAW,  I have an eco scale spartan that could really use a new set of scales.

I'd add them to my Trailguide as that SAK sees the most pocket time.

It took me a few days to decide that I should enter this.  Thanks for the generous offer. I would put these scales on my Mountaineer because it has someone else's name on it and is missing the T&T anyway.
