Well the basis for the idea was called Tool time. so something like Axe hangs would be more appropriate

Oops sorry.... I just thought styx sounded like sticks, and axes are sticks with sharp heavy bits on the end...

People might get the wrong idea if we called it TazzieStyxSparkie...

If I dunk a hatchet head-first into white vinegar and leave it to soak for a day, is there any chance it could have a detrimental effect on the wooden handle?
I suspect it probably won't but thought I should run it past the Axe Gods first anyway...

I would sharpen and use. If it's real bad then sand it. Making an axe look pretty is just a waste of time.

I do like his videos, I'll be interested to see if he ends up making tool handles from the tree he cut up that fell over his road

I hesitated watching these because of how long they are but I was thoroughly entertained and learned a few new things.  :tu:

I've been watching Buckin's vids for the past week now from his oldest to newest and I'm not even half way through, even watching at 1.5x speed and skipping his drum and some talking ones. In the last 4 years or so since he's been on YT he's churned out so much content. I'm really interested in his falling videos and have picked up some things, definitely, and it looks like he's learnt a lot about axes in that time. Great to see such a positive attitude and passion. My Dad lives probably less than an hour to the South on Vancouver Island and it is a beautiful place, so enjoy seeing the scenery as well.

Yeah I have been watching A LOT of his videos lately. I watch the drum parts because I'm a drummer, as well as the chainsaw. falling and axe content. I have to draw the line at watching 2 hour videos though.  :o
