Dry vs Wet backpacking meal kits

In the US, freeze-dried - just add boiling water meal kits are easily available.  Aside from MRE's does anyone know of good wet meal kits in the US?

In the UK, Wayfayrer Meal kits seem to be available.  The advantage seems to be that you can heat them up with less water overall, and there's no question of adding the wrong amount of water to the packet and messing it up that way. 

Seems like a good option if it's available.
