Yup. Personally, having just bought two of those, one being a gift, I'm curious to know just whose "oops" that is.
Oh man That is bad What were you doing when that happened sometimes it is a bad cast and the person usually isn't doing something overly tough for the tool

Good thing LM will replace without a question. Yet, I must say it, wrong tool for the job. A Vice grip may have even snapped if twisted. Keep us posted as you work through warranty. All the best.

Significant changes in section is usually the fail points on components.Quote from: b_martin on October 09, 2017, 05:10:27 PMQuote from: Poncho65 on October 09, 2017, 01:00:36 PMOh man That is bad What were you doing when that happened sometimes it is a bad cast and the person usually isn't doing something overly tough for the tool I had it gripped on a piece of rebar that was stuck in the ground to give me more leverage to twist it out.Casting + Torsion = Twisting is usually the description of how they were being used when this pics appear. The consumer is not to know this though, so manufacturers should either specifically say "don't do it", or design/manufacture the damn things so you can.

Like the rebar was vertical and the Rebar was rotating in a horizontal plane?
