First Mod Attempt. ST200 Blunt Nose

Had fun doing this. The needle nose tip portion was worn out, but the rest of the plier was great after I used an arbor press at work to tighten the pivot. Wanted a LM blunt nose. Made one. Couldn't be happier.
Hand held band saw for low heat cut. Belt sander to even it out. Dremel with flapper and disc sander to smooth it out. Wire wheel for initial finish. Buffer to get a little shine. Didn't go nuts on the polish, because I am gonna use the smurf out of these!

It was a boat load of fun doing the mod. Now I think I am getting the mod bug. This st200 is not safe from upgrades anymore! Used the blunt plier 200 today and it felt sooo much stronger than it did as a needle nose. I know physics say that is a given, but holy smurf poo these things can bite like hell. :cheers:
Only thing I had to correct today was a mistake I made last night. I had removed all the tools to bend the lock tabs down to fix the tools not locking well and bent them down so far the lock levers were to tight to pull. Gently pryed the lock tabs out a bit today until I could pull the levers and the st200bn functions like new. :)
