Just a simple question: which knives were part of these series (see subject)?
Do you know some models, which weren't oficially listed in this series, but were produced?

Some pictures for understanding situation.

125 years also had a SwissCard

RT had a Spirit
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Yes, it's true.
Oficially these series contains next models:

125 Years:
  • Classic
  • Climber
  • CyberTool 34
  • SwissCard
  • 1891 Soldier Replica
RT Series:
  • Climber RT
  • Spirit RT
  • Master RT
I meant that besides knives, whiche were 'officially' introduced as a part of appropriate series, sometimes on ebay I see other models with the same logos / etching.
On pictures from first post you can see Rescue Tool an Spartan with '125 Years..' etching on the blade and Sentinel with 'RT series' symbols' on blade.

Ooops...
Just checked 'Series' page on SAKWiki and found (probably) all answers for 125 series, seems the same situation we have also for RT series...

Sorry to dig up this old thread, but does anyone know what the original selling price was for the 125 years 1891 Soldier replica?

IIRC about E 200. Too much for me, I got the Classic instead, about E 25..

I remember it being a bit more expensive, around €350 but I must be wrong :)
You should seriously visit vicfan.com. All the hoopy froods are doing it.

I researched the same question when I got mine.
Using the "waybackmachine" I found out that they went for €399 on just about any webshop I could trace back.

That was for the Wenger, or for the Vic?

I'm sure you know, but for those that don't
Vic also did a pocket alarm clock in the colour scheme of both models.
However I did read that the clocks workings were pretty crap. Still a nice thing to have to complete a collection.
I have the 3 RT's but cannot justify the cost of the matching alarm clock now I know it to be inferior.
I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.

The first picture in the opening post above shows a 125th Jubilee Spartan that isn't mentioned in this list of extra models. Moreover, the current SAKWiki page on the 125th Jubilee series still doesn't mention the Spartan as one of the relevant models in any way. While the precise origin of such Spartans may be unclear, they seem to be quite common. I happen to have one of them (bought on eBay not very long ago) and they keep showing up (for example, this one was sold just a few days ago and it looks like the same seller also sold another one of them on August 25).

Shouldn't the relevant SAKWiki page be saying something about these Spartans?   :dunno:
