The basic movements really. Bench press, hack squat, lat pull down, military press, leg curl, preacher curl, leg extensions, tricep pushdowns, cable row, weighted crunches. Sometimes I will replace exercises for something else...ie - dumbell curls instead of preacher curls.

Start out slow and don’t go too far the first few times. If you smoke yourself right away, you are not gonna enjoy it.
