I'm thinking a hose reamer for either jointing them or putting onto a bulbed spigot

It must be for something fairly soft being plastic

Here's an easy one, but you have to say what each part is specifically for.
Perhaps if you know what it is you may want to keep quiet and let others guess...

I know what it is, so I'll just give a cryptic clue:

It is associated with a high speed cutting tool.

Combination wrench for spark plug / wheel nut and screwdriver handle also usable for removing hub caps?

Well, that is 1 of the 4 functions (spark plug), but what are the other 3 ?  And what object is it used on ?

Chainsaw multi-tool, screwdriver for adjustments (and the fuel and lubricant tanks on older models, like Granddad's Stihl 011AV from the 1980s),Wrench is for use on the bolts holding the bar and chain on, as well as the cover.  Also found in the rare and extremely collectible Torx tip (I think that one might be for gas trimmers)  :D

Your turn then.
Mine is 16/11mm for McCulloch. Most are 19/13mm for Stihl and Husqvarna.

Design fault: the chain tension screw is too close to the bar to use the screwdriver (the wrench parts get in the way).

But doesn't your bar need to be lose to be able to adjust the chain tension?

Yeah I loosen off the bar nuts a bit... but the bar is still in the same place.  :dunno:

I noticed that bit of poor ergonomics in my (IIRC) Husqvarna 394XP.
There wasn't enough room to rotate the multi-wrench without bumping against the bar.  Not impossible to adjust, just a bit awkward.
