I'm guessing you hold the curved bit... and lay the flat bit on something...

You set the flat part in you palm and the carved part hangs off your finger. I will take a pic and give another clue when I get off work.

I figured someone would have ''nailed'' it by now. So no more "horsing" around. Zman should know what it is. I am sure he will know, because the "shoe fits".

Is it for when you've made a really really REALLY big mistake and a normal facepalm just won't do?

I know what it is.

You want to just ignore the references to "horsing around" and Zoidberg, who has horses?

I'm guessing from your 'nail' clue it's used as some sort of hammer. A old fencing nail hammer maybe?

No. Not a hammer. But it helps with nails. Some ferriers use them, some dont.

Is it agrarian?

Yes it is.
I look up agrarian and I am informed it is an or related to a agricultural society. Nothing found as a tool or device any nature.
How would that be used?

Sounds like an agrarian tool would be a tool used in agriculture.

Oh so that wasn't the name of the tool, it was the nature of the tool.

For bending or twisting fencing wire?

Twisting no, bending fencing wire might technically be what it does however it is the wrong word to describe the function of the tool.

Oops I forgot about this one

For zoids, I'm guessing it's a wire tensioner to tension wire fences.
