Fuzzbucket – Down on the Farm

Cue music… (One Man and his Dog theme)

Right, at Mrs Fuzzbucket’s rather insistent request, I’m spending a couple of weeks home on my folk’s farm way way way up north at the arsend of nowhere. Well, more accurately, she told me to pizs off for a bit as I was getting on her teats…

So I was thinking, what a fantastic opportunity for Fuzzbucket to do some sort of challenge type thingy… but by my rules, not anyone else’s – as Mr T would say “I ain’t nobody’s fool, sucka!” or words to that effect… maybe that was Hannibal, I never watched it. Please note: my rules may be subject to change on a daily basis…

Anyway, each day I propose to post a pic of something mildly interesting kicking about the place – tool, cutlery or fungus related of course, along with a sage piece of worldly advice or musings from either me or my brother who I shall refer to as Professor Fuzzbuckett (working hardman turned academic) who’s also staying for a while... or maybe some of the utterly bizarre things uttered by Mam Fuzzbucket or Pop Fuzzbucket.

But wait… there’s more…

Every day I will also feature a “Spot the Ball” type game called “Spot the Multitool which Fuzzbucket’s just randomly chucked into a Field” first one to correctly identify location of said tool wins… erm… a packet of Jaffa Cakes!!!!!!!!!!! Which I will post anywhere in the world, providing it doesn’t break any laws, local customs or tabooos… well you never know…

Anyway, I’m travelling up there today, which takes about 10 - 11 hours, so you’ll have to wait until tomorrow for the first instalment. If you don’t hear from me, it means I didn’t make it and am dead… or in hospital… or both.

Start a new thread and post a photo of the leatherman (supertool, core, hacks) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Join the brave and happy few, who choose a different path. Enter on the boulevard of broken dreams. Start a new thread and post a photo daily of any SAK 74mm or smaller ( you can switch it up daily ) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Must post a step by step pictorial of a knife or multitool modification (scale swap not included) Start a new thread with a photo of a modded knife or multitool with your EDC Start a new thread with a photo showing the axe in use Take part in the christmas pool or a rak type giveaway. I would love to check in on your adventures FB, but apparently there's some sort of free Giveaway starting this week at a Mrs Fuzzbuckets house (is this a coincidence?) - 'All the multitools and blokes stuff you can fit in a bucket!' So I'm off down there with a couple of buckets.

I'm a bit concerned what she means by blokes 'stuff'. Could cover a multitude. I'm hoping it's hammers, axes, knives, beers, seige weapons, that sort of thing. Not the other thing that sprang to mind.
