1940s ? What year and whats it worth?

I picked this up at a yard sale for $2.00 and would like to know more about it.
It is marked KAELIN ZURICH and ARMEE SUISSE ON ONE SIDE OF THE LARGE BLADE AND INOXYD ON THE OTHER. It is in good condition except for small dents in the small blade.

Second, I would say 51-61 based on the tang stamp and awl.

Third, one thread is plenty especially in the sak sub forum.

I don't know much about putting dates on SAKs but Zoid would be much better at it :tu: Great deal on it as well :cheers:

Not a great photo - But it looks and sounds like a genuine Victorinox

I would say '45-'51 - Due to the hook can opener

Fourthly - 'Please' and 'Thanks' always helps when looking for info !!

You did get a very good deal - Although condition is everything if you are planning on re-selling
