Picked up three cheap gear items today: the UST Tool A Long Hiker, GoBites Spork, and CRKT Iota. I bought the Hiker MT because as soon as I saw it, I thought of this forum and thought, "He looks cheerful." LOL

I included the back of the package UST package so you could see the tool claims.

I'm hesitant to try the pry bar because I'm afraid the metal might not be that strong. Not sure that the signal mirror is going to do much good at its size unless someone is 25 feet away. LOL

The Hiker is awesome!! :like:

I'm tempted to glue a magnet on the back of him so I can put him on the fridge.

Just got these magnets in from Amazon and put two on the back. And now he's hanging on the fridge in between the digital food thermometer and Godzilla!

Did you pick these up from walmart?

UST Tool A Long Hiker looks awesome even better now that you put it on your fridge. The idea is there definitely a friendly looking MT I might pick one up if I ever see it.

Whats that quote? variety is the spice of life? Love seeing new designs thanks for posting

I thought he was pretty cool for $10. Overpriced for what it is as an MT, but neat for the novelty for an MT collector. I got him at my local Ace Hardware that carries a lot of UST brand stuff. Today I was back there for their 20% off before Thanksgiving sale, and I picked up a dog for the hiker.

Amazon has them: https://www.amazon.com/UST-Stainless-Steel-Tool-Multi-Tool-Carabiner/dp/B01E7EJA32. Maybe I should get a shark next and have him chase the hiker and the dog.
