Eh I dunno. Do you need saws and hammers and whistles and fire strikers in your IT work?
The Signal looks more like a camping tool.

I dont need any Multi Tool for my IT Work.  :D
But its nice to have the Bit Kit when I travel around to fix my Laptop.
The tool is more for (urban) rescue if the thinks went bad (like the Left Wing Riot in Hamburg).

1) I never get on a Car.
2) if it and i am remote i will commit suicide
3) a bee atacked me and i had no allergic reaction
4) depend where it happened. Sure in an Urban environment there will be normally the medic not far away. I also carry some Israeli Bandage and other stuff with me to tread sevear wounds.

Whatever happened to not wanting a locking knife blade because it is not legal in much of Europe?  The models you're mentioning now, the Surge, Signal, and Charge all have one hand opening, locking blades so they won't be legal in much of Europe.  I still think your best option for practical use in your described circumstances, if it has to be a Leatherman tool, is the combination of the knifeless Rebar accompanied by the full bit kit with extender, and one of the Swiss Army Knives you already own.

Do you think I care about?
In Austria its legal, in East Europe its "normal" to carry an Knife and in the Balkan Country its normal to carry it in the Pocket.

Do you real think the Black Man care about any of your Laws?  :twak:

My funny understanding of the statement in question:

My unfunny (but polite) understanding of the statement in question:
He means that criminals don’t obey laws regarding weapons, locking knives in this case. So why should he?

I’m probably wrong with my understanding though.

I've gathered from this thread that OP is German/German speaking and from my limited understanding of German, calling something black means illegal/criminal. Of course I can't speak for OP.

So yes please, don't.
