How to fix misaligned pliers at home

Got a nice set of super bear jaws on eBay, but the pliers are very misaligned.  Any way to fix these?

As you can see in host picture, there's a gap in the cutters from the pivot being loose, so presumably that could be hammered out.  Even holding pivot tight, you see the misalignment in second photo.

That's some seriously misaligned pliers. I really doubt it can be fixed..
