Nitecore TUBE discombobulation (repair attempt)
on: January 26, 2018, 07:30:02 AM
So last night, had some  , burnt some bridges  :drink: , and I'd been charging my works-only-when-slapped (for a micro second) Tube wit the vain hope that fixes it.......when I had an idea.....

I know it's a bad contact, if I can get it open......I can solder......maybe

 few more of these, probing the seams, flexed it a bit since I figured that's what happened in my pocket......and on pure impulse threw it with all my might against the tile floor.......second attempt did the trick.

I need to take the split rings off before I can open it, so at this point I lost interest........a better SHOT show video came up

More later........and if I don't like what I find, it's going in the forge this weekend

So, where is the Tube now?  :D
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

 :drink:

I was actually semi-productive this weekend, although the great spaghetti monster in the sky alone know where I found peace and how I regained motivation.

 And to be perfectly honest I forgot my threat to chuck it in the forge, should've just done that and shared the video and be done with it....
