Swiss Army Climber White Limited Edition
on: December 15, 2017, 12:20:21 AM
I’m trying to locate a limited edition Swiss Army White Christmas Climber. It has translucent white scales, like silver tech, but white. I believe it was released for Christmas 2015.

Can anyone point me to where I could find one?

Thanks!

Bought one last week from a store in the city center of Geneva. Was their last one...

the difference is striking next to a silvertech

I guess you best bet is to look in various online stores and/or physical stores if you have a some around

Good luck in your search  :climber:

There's one for sale a few cities from here in a small store.
Might check next time I go there.
Though it was €34.
What's your budget?

I think they were listed online for $40. I would probably be willing to pay up to twice that.

Two years ago I bought 3 of them thinking they'd be good Xmas gifts. To my annoyance, all three arrived with scuffing on the scales, like they were batted around in the factory. It's superficial damage but on these scales, which show up every flaw, it's difficult to ignore. If I recall correctly, a lot of other people noticed the same thing with theirs.
If you don't need a 100% perfect specimen you can have my last one for 43 euros inc. postage from Europe. (If you want a perfect one this isn't it!) That's uninsured postage but I have sent things that way to the US and it's worked out OK.
Difficult to photograph:
Despite the scratches this is unused and "factory fresh".

Thank you all for your help and insight. I was able to locate a new one here in the US in another state. Hopefully it has not been scuffed in the box as Thunderpants had mentioned.

If the scales are made the same way as the silvertech ones, shouldn't you be able to polish them?
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!
