I find myself carrying the same few SAKs every day, and Opinel pruning shears and saw every working day. They are true EDC tools for me. I carry other stuff as well, but not every day.I noticed that some of us have an EDC rotation rather than an EDC, and others change their EDC on a daily basis. What does EDC mean to you?

At times something might be added for a special job, but EDC is always Chinese
I am not very flexible with my (I am retired) EDC, Explorer SAK and a Lshield SKINTH with a Spirit X and a flashlight. If i need to stray from that, its off to the formal tool chest (s) depending on the job.Plumbing, carpentry, other hobbies.
My work EDC (5-6 days a week) is almost always the same, unless I am trying a new toy out.LM WaveGerber BN600 or Vic SwissTool or BN Mod ST200. Whatever I am feeling for the day.Kershaw Filter folderGerber ultralightbox cutter2xAAA LED magliteSAK climber, which never gets used, but is sentimental. Days off vary widely, but usually consist of a Vic Spirit, Mag Solitaire LED, and Gerber mini auto folder.

I've had a Pioneer X in my pocket since a coupe of months after they came out and I first got mine, and a Fenix E15 has been on my keychain for over a year. Sometimes I'll carry a folder in my pocket, too. Now depending on what EDC bag I carry (and if I carry a bag), I will have a larger plier based MT and maybe an extra LED light and/or folder with me, but the Pioneer X always stays in my pocket and the E15 on my keyring.
