I had some hot chocolate with a bit of Bailey's in it after I walked the dogs first thing this morning.

Same here. The family is due in about an hour for hot chocolate and Monkey Bread.Just took the Monkey Bread out of the oven.

Monkey Bread

14-16       Rhodes Rolls (frozen)
1 pkg      Butterscotch pudding (3.5 oz)
½ stick      Butter
½ cup      Brown sugar
¾ tsp      Cinnamon

Preparation (night before)
•   Arrange frozen rolls in well-buttered Bundt pan
•   Sprinkle dry pudding over rolls
•   Melt together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon
•   Pour mixture over rolls
•   Let rise overnight, uncovered

Bake (next morning)
•   Pre-heat oven to 350®F
•   Bake for 30 min.

Serve
•   Cool for at least 30 min.
•   Invert onto plate
•   Pour/Scrape out leftover sauce onto rolls
