Brand new leatherman charge tti with brand new rebar pliers swapped into it. The scissors were removed and an awl was installed in it's place. The awl was slightly filed along the top in order for the multitool to close completely. So it now functions perfectly and all other tools work perfect as well. Comes in original box with sheath. Selling for $200. Thanks.
