Personal thread
on: December 31, 2017, 04:03:07 PM
Hi,

Is there some kind of criteria for being allowed to start a 'personal' thread like the kind I see on the 'General' section of the forum? There are a few there and I think it would be fun to start my own detailing journey through my EDC, tools, bags and attempts to overcome disability and get outdoors.

Thanks!

Ben

I do not believe so, just select a catchy title to grab your reader’s attention to step inside.

I wasn't sure if I had to undergo some kind of MT qualification ordeal to be allowed access to the hallowed ground of the personal thread. No doubt something to do with being hung upside down from a cliff wrapped in a sack of straw emblazoned with the owners Canadian flag and effecting an escape using only a SAK classic (provided disassembled) and some duct tape before the rope tying my feet to the ground is burned through by a lit mini Bic.

There will be a rubber chicken involved. The Sacred Rubber Chicken of the High Order of Pokey Metal Bits, I think it's called. :D

Although Pomsbz... I have to admit that your idea of an ordeal sounds WAY more exciting.

Yes! Let's go Pomsbz way this time!

And to keep traditions in order, we'll put a rubber chicken in his mouth while he's dangling there :dd:

You're talking about chicken nuggets right? Fits the bill for rubber chicken any time I've tried them....  :D
