Caveat Emptor (buyer beware) - suspicious listings, deals etc

Recently I've noticed a lot of possibly fraudulent listings on ebay, so I've decided to start a thread devoted to warning people of listings that may be dodgy.  Please fee free to add any you notice (and preferably give your reasons for being suspicious).  This may save your fellow members from being scammed.

A brand new Leatherman Surge with molle sheath, bit kit and bit extender for only U$ 28.05 delivered  ?
I don't think so (way too cheap), it is copied from another legit listing, has "more than 10 available", free shipping, and the seller hasn't been active recently.
My suggestion:  Don't even think about giving this scammer your verified details.
