Silver Benchmade gift boxes... can they still be found for sale?

Last I saw these was in Benchmade's 2003 catalog.  I believe they're discontinued now but I'm wondering if any retailers still have these tuck away somewhere in their inventory.   Have you guys seen these for sale, anywhere?  I always wanted to order some for my balisongs and I should've ordered some when I had the chance.
