So......how did I go from Mr I-don't-like-anything-that-needs-batteries to 4 flashlights I had the Mini Maglight, non-LED, carried that for a week or 2 and realised what I've been missing out on.....Bought an I3 EOS, and just loved it!About a week later I'm in another shop, and I spot a Nitecore display .........everything on discount so I walked out with a Tube. The Tube has replaced the I3 as my EDC for no reason other than I mind it being beat up in my pocket a bit less, and it's USB rechargeable.I liked the I3 EOS so much I decided to buy some loved ones a bit of light for their lives.......and while I was there started looking at the S10R (with 15% discount)..........and that went home with me To be honest that was wasteful, I really don't need it, but I do like having it and I use it often enough.I'm here to say I won't buy any more, fortunately flashlights don't have the same effect as knives, but the EDC item that I shunned for so long has become the most used and indispensable item in my pocket
A light is very handy at times and I never was a big flashlight guy either They do seem to multiply though don't they At least you seem to have some good lights anyways
I love it when people say this... the innocence of youth...
you now need to get some with LiIon batteries

you can lockout the tube, while its turned on, hold the button down until it flashes, to unlock just hold button down until it comes on, so you can prevent accidental pocket activation.

When it's ON in the lowest setting, pressing the button will cycle through all intensities, from lower to higher. When it's ON on the highest setting, it just turns OFF.

When it's ON on the highest setting, it just turns OFF. your pressing it too fast after your first click to low, that lets it ramp up. one click on, wait 3 seconds then press and hold untill it flashes once, then it will be in lockoutin high mode you may not be holding it long enough to activate lockout
