I have/have had 7 NITECORE TUBEs during the last 2 1/2 years and all had the power regulation (intensity) function and not the locking function
Lock-out feature had me swearing at a flat battery few minutes ago, called the poor thing all kinds of names before I remembered
Olights S10R.......few months on. It's had a few drop tests, no apparent damage but it's been more a hassle than anything else recently....Battery doesn't last......Switch seems to have a mind of it's ownIt also turns itself off while in use, not sure if that might be the battery.
It's still on the CR123 it came with.........IIRC it's been on the charger about 8 times.This weekend it messed around again, 2nd lowest setting and it only stays on about 10 seconds, increased the brightness and it stays on Logically it can't be the switch of the little bit of electronics in there.....has to be the battery. Maybe it got damaged during one of the drops.....
