Very cool, at least to this Yankee.

I'm curious that there is no Swiss cross on the scales. And I don't see a Victorinox stamp on the ricasso. Is this one of Butch's Chinese SAKs?

Those are certainly different and would be a nice collectible, but $120 then shipping. Ouch.

Neat though for sure. Our fearless leader here at MTO needs to work a deal on these special runs. Lol. I know Grant, no way that’s happening. :)

Start a couple of polls and it might.  :pok: :pok: All about drumming up enough interest and commitment. :salute:

Has the success of the MTO Px been forgotten so quickly.

I would be in for one if it could be done like the PX .

Silver cross. On the other side of course, you´re looking at the back of the knives. And it´s a 2 knife set for the price, one red and one blue.

A 2 knife set does make it more reasonable. A group buy would be very tempting indeed.

An electrician in this color scheme would be a no brainer for me. :)

The only flag design on a SAK I really like (other than the Swiss cross of course) is the Bavarian Spartan. https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Victorinox_Bavarian_model_closed_front_and_back.jpg

The stars and stripes are just too everywhere, meh...

He's sold 9/40 so far today so they're going quick. I might just have to abuse my credit card and grab a pair while I can.

Don't really like the S on the back. Otherwise I might have snagged a set.

At least if someone asks what the S means, you can say, "Duh! STARS! And STRIPES!"
Especially on the stripes it kind of wrecks the design. On other recent SMS Saks the branding has been placed less intrusively on the blade so I don't know why it's back there, on the nameplate. Maybe Vic thought it would look too cool otherwise.

I would rather see a custom Climber in desert tan or something not done yet, with the MTO logo inlaid (not stamped  :P) in the cellidor and possibly nickel silver liners like the gold edition, that would be something I could get behind. I know Vic could make these, but it seems like everyone just wants alox at the cheapest possible price.  :-\
