I find that when carrying the Surge, there usually is no reason to carry anything else for sake of tool load out.

Today I carried my near 30 year old Super Tinker with my pre-92 undated original Leatherman. Something about that old school combination that makes the left side of my mouth curl up and bring out the crow's feet

I carry a SAK and a MT more out of habit than anything and know I could make it fine with most of my MTs as standalone :salute: I just like having a SAK with me to much I guess  :D

Struggling with bell at the moment, so no pics for awhile. But please allow me briefly describe my belt sheath load out.

All in one mondo shield:
Swisstool spirit X
Pocketwrench II
Chapman soft pack bit set with 3”-5/8 extension (no ratchet)
Executive SAK in black
Surefire titan
Bullet pen
Mini note book (moleskin)

All fit with room to spare for fire starter and such when needed. Light but capable.

So to address the OP’s : Spirit + Executive:)

Hey the Peaceant!

How are you enjoying that LM Skeletool? Well used by now I hope.

Overcarrier: and I thought I just carried what I need...should have seen my EDC before I retired. This small load is very light, and I sometimes feel “naked” without my MP5, Sig, ASP hardware and the like; not to mention rations for a few days haha. Oh yeah no comm gear either. :)

Seriously though, yes I like to ensure I have whatever might be needed around the property has I dislike wasting my time walking back to the buildings to fetch a tool.
