I really love the SAKs, the simplicity and design is just really something. I've tried doing combos but working in the office I'm a bit restricted on pocket space. So I'm hoping someone will post something that may work for myself. School me!!

If you can find one then a Leatherman  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh !!!MINI!!! :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh and a Victorinox Executive is really a great lightweight carry :tu: Or a Leatherman Skeletool with the Executive is also a lightweight carry

I see the Vic Executive as a very fine SAK for anywhere but it would work great in an office environment I think :like:

Also a suspension clip/pocket dangler makes a SAK disappear in your pocket  Even some of the bigger SAKs are way more manageable with these clips :like:

Yeah!I am now carrying a skeletool with Rambler.
They have basically everything for an office environment. A good knife for bigger things, a tiny knife for small stuffs, a pair of excellent scissors, and plenty of screw drivers at different sizes. Basically everything is there except the pliers seems a bit weak for heavier jobs. I am quite happy with it anyway, it's really a fine nice combo. :like:

For me, splitting it up with multiple SAKs/MTs is the best way to carry discretely.  Two slim tools are easier to work with than something larger.

My favorite minimal combo is Vic Pioneer and LM Style PS.  Blade, drivers, openers, scissors, nail file, awl, small pliers, which covers most of my office needs. You could switch to a Farmer if you want a wood saw, but not terrible useful for office carry.  Or switch Style PS for a LM PST II for bigger pliers and file.

Stepping away from alox SAKs, a Vic Compact goes well with most MTs, Rebar, PST, Skeletool (if you have the pocket space).  A Classic or Rambler would also accompany those well (as mentioned above).

Also mentioned above, the LM Mini adds good size pliers to any SAK (Super Tinker would pair nicely in an office), and fits well in a coin pocket.

I think I have pictures of most of these earlier in this thread.  Are there specific functions you're looking to have on you?  Or specific tools you already have that you want to pair?

LMs can be expensive down here that is if you buy through official channels... was lucky to get this second hand. And its red and quite rare... normally see either black or blue... still hunting for a P4 to stash in my EDC pouch...

Hey,  just want to share my recent combo talked about yesterday. It's a very good combo if you don't use pliers very hard. The skeley pliers are a bit weird though IMO. It is definitely obviously not a strong one but it is flat. Even a Surge has a more needle nose head than the skeley. It's a bit weird. The wire cutters are good. They cut what they should cut but they are not super sharp and super precise like the one on my Rebar which cuts paper and hair. Don't get me wrong. The Skeley's pliers are still excellent, they are just not the very best one in the market. For the size and weight you bear from a skeley, it gives you out of standard quality. There are definitely more tools out there but they can be heavier and bulkier. If you are looking for minimalist in an office environment and don't use pliers heavily, a skeley with a small SAK will be great.
