What is a Compact with a wood saw?

It seems there is a Compact with a metal saw (forget its name right now), but is there a Compact with a wood saw?

Don't believe one has ever been produced by Vic.

I had Sir Mags make this mod, 84mm Golfer + Lumberjack...

I call it Shackjack the Golferjack  :cheers:

I've been seeing a lot of Trail Guides lately, actually.  Got one NIB and another new w/out box on the way.  :D

With the corkscrew, I'd call it Huntsman Slim or the Hunting Guide.

With the phillips,  not a Huntsman but Fieldmaster. The obvious, unimaginative option, or Field Guide.

I'd probably keep it with the corkscrew that comes on the Compact.  I just think that would be a very nice 3 layer knife.

My first SAK was a 3 layer SAK and I do have strong muscle memory of how that feels in hand and in my pocket.
Right now my EDC is 4 layers, it is essentially the Compact with a wood saw, but the added (or 4th) layer is the inline Philips and magnifier layer.  It really is an ideal build for my needs as I use that Phillips a lot.
