on: January 17, 2018, 04:42:49 PM
While I was modding last night, I noticed this unusual marking ion the inside of the scale. Anyone shed any light?

There's an older thread about marks inside newer alox scales, but the markings are different.  I couldn't find anything about old cross scale markings.

Thanks Gus - I was looking for that the other night and gave up.

I fear Pabs is stalking me and the etchings are a mind game to make me paranoid.

As far as I can see, the markings were made before the red coloring was applied. If so, than it was done in the factory.
