I'm going to cord wrap it so I bushcraft in the tub! (Image removed from quote.)
At least someone listens to me :D

Might want to put a lump of cork on it, in case you drop it in the bath and end up a Miss Gadgetless :D

I really like the Blackjack. I had the smaller 4 inch hunter years ago and really miss the thing. Good choices.

-a couple of homemade units, a schrade, a condor with seki japan steel,
a premier h96 with soligen (first fix blade as a kid), and last a Grohmann/DH Russell

I finally received my Rat Cutlery Izula. I love this knife, but I don't know if I'm sold on the plastic sheath.   I opted for the survival kit option but I'll have to figure out how to use it.  :D

The knife has a very good feel to it. The street price is only $50, so a pretty good bargain too.  :tu:  I'll have Death's Head make me a new kydex sheath for it.

Where did you order from?  I've been seriously looking at this knife also..minus the survival kit.  The firesteel looks really compact and nice, but I'm not paying an extra $20 for it along with a few split rings and some paracord, both of which I have tons of :D

I just got my Tom Brown Tops Tracker back from knifemaker "Tom Krein". He is famous for his blade regrinds. I asked him to regrind my Tracker for me and this is what he did:

Pictures simply don't do this knife justice. This knife is now a real cutter and amazingly sharp!  :tu:  He also does amazing Spyderco regrinds....

Not exactly... He just followed the original lines of the Tops Tracker, but reground the edge to about 1/2 of its original thickness. Now the blade can chop and cut! My pictures stink, but you get the idea!!  :D

I wonder if he'd be able to re-grind an Emerson so that it isn't a chisel grind.
