What about the bloomers ?

Chris
That's one tradition we can live without :o

On a practical side note , Bloomers when combined with braces and strong leg elastic are in invaluable tool for shioplifters .

Found these while I was rummaging about...90's vintage KaBar with a phosphate finish and stapled sheath and an Ontario Chute knife.
I know a fella over on BB who'd cheerfully kill you for that Chute knife :)

 :ahhh :D

Well, it was new when I took that photo...I've already done some naughty things to it.

Chopped off some of both guards and hot-waxed the handle...

Just imagine if somebody developed the perfect multitool, knife, fire starting kit or whatever.

You wouldn't know whether to buy it would you Spork? I have visions of him deliberating:

"Nothing to change, aaargh, nothing to change, aargh"....    :ahhh
I used to come here a lot.

...another pic...

I wet-molded the stone pouch so it would hold the slightly thicker Norton pocket stone.

It's fairly thick at the edge as it comes from the factory. In order to make it cut well you need to widen the secondary a bit.

In this case I laid it flat on the stones and thinned out the whole primary...ending up with a convexed Scandi-esque bevel. Right now it cuts really well, almost Scandi-like...I may tinker with it a bit more later.
