They all come with these handles (except the mini ones like the 15) it looks like he swapped out for micarta on his 5s. People make really beautiful wood handles for these as well

Probably the best grips on bad RA  days!!!  The micarta  grips feel solid are more hand filling as well.

I currently have micarta on my 20, and was planning on putting it on all of them, but i dont like it as much as the standard for chopping. I will most likely keep the factory black on the bk4 for good and get wood for my 5 and maybe my 20.. If i ever find a 15 i will put wood on it

Sorry bud! I only have the one and am kicking myself for not getting another...last time I checked, they were going for over $140.00 on Amazon. I think I paid 40 something for that one.  The 5's on the other hand are still about the same price.

The 15, being a scaled down 5, is the best Becker tweener IMO.

I agree.. Im kicking myself for not buying them when they were in production.. I love them but there is no way i would spend 150 for one. Its almost worth ordering a blackjack bowie or saving a little more and ordering a custom at that point.

Yeah, pretty amazing what the prices can do and in all honesty, I bought both my 5's because Becker had said they were discontinuing them. Had always wanted one since the orig Becker Camp Knife days.

I almost bought a big Blackjack 14 last year then I found an old Warner Moran Camp Bowie for less money...that sussed it for my big Blackjack wants!

Thought I'd throw in a few custom fixed blades I've acquired over the years.
#1 is a Ralph Bone boot knife.
#2 is a George Cousino drop point my son and daughter got me for Christmas one year.George is a local knifemaker.
#3 is a miniature fighter by someone named Dickinson. Bought off e-Bay from his wife so he may have passed away.
#4 is an unknown maker with the initials FRP.Scales are solid brass.
#5 is #333 of 500 made for Duxback by Jimmy Lile.
#6 is3 knives by someone named McGrann. The blades are etched Brusletto a company that supplies blades to knifemakers.
#7 is 4 knives by Tom McLuin of Dracut MA;an old friend who does some really nice knives.
#8 is a mini fighter by Jim Turecek of New Derby CT .The stag is perfectly scaled to the knife and is a bolo tie.
#9 is a Randall Model 7-5 once owned by someone named Bob McKinley.
#10 is an unmarked knife given to me by a neighbor who got it from a guy he worked with who made it.
#11 is a dagger by someone named Walsh. No info on him.
#12 are two knives by Bill Zaleski of CT.The drop point was my first custom knife.
#13(and last)is an unmarked small hunter with a very unusual shape but it feels great in the hand no matter what position you put it in.

Last one. This knife was really a mystery. When I acquired it there was no edge on the knife which made me think someone had never got around to finishing it. The handle and blade shape is really unusual and it features a tapered tang and the finish is flawless. It fits very comfortably in either hand and whether it is edge up or edge down. The knife took quite a bit to put an edge on making me wonder just how hard the blade really is.
