Just made Handles for this  :tu:

Have you ever given thought to offering your services and be paid for them? A lot of the things you make are really nice so maybe there are potential customers out there

Thanks mate, funny as me and my wife was talking about this last night,I'm really struggling with my leg at work so thinking about using and improving these skills to make a little extra money,I've a few leatherwork ideas I've designed and possibly handles, as they say watch this space  :tu: and again thankyou for the kind words as very encouraging  :salute:

Don't forget that leather journals/notebooks are a somewhat hot item right now (seriously even I want to get my paws on a few dozen to keep track of meetings and designs).
Also from what I understand, LARP has a good sized community in Britain so there might be a chance to expand your potential customer base

Cheers mate,I've got a few ideas with the leather ,one is top secret but I think people are going to like it   ;)  :tu:

Well I know I'll probably love it a bit too much for the good of my sanity

:D your love it mate  :tu:

Here is one of my favorite knives for general outdoor use. It's an old KA BAR Little Hunter - 6 3/4" overall. Very handy! It still has the original sheath.

Great little knife  :tu:

Interesting handle, but I keep coming back to the blade, that fuller looks a bit skew and bevels blurred, such a great handmade or lived-in look!  :like:

Yeah, it's had a hard life, but it's about 80-90 years old too.

If I carried that in an office in the UK I would probably lose my job & find myself moved very swiftly to the local Police Station. :ahhh

Actually, I'm the only person in our office branch right now so I'm good. I didn't actually carried it yesterday but just wanted to see how it looks like mounted

Whaaaaaaaaaaat? Can't bring your toys to work?

Boring country  >:D

I had several of my knives at work recently because I wanted to drop them off after work for laser engraving (which didn't work >:( ), showed them to two female colleagues, one wanted to order a knife and the other was almost too scared to touch them, granted the Kukri is almost as long as her arm!

My latest: A Cutco 1769 JI with synthetic white handle and fully serrated blade. Although Cutco is primarily known for their kitchen cutlery they do make a series of fixed blade hunters. With it's original sheath $10.
