Nice fixed blades campussecurity.
I have a 119, mid 90’s era knife. Really comfortable grip.

Cold Steel 97KMPS Kukri Plus Machete, arrived today.
The blade is sharp, for what it is, unlike what the internet will tell you.
1055 Carbon Steel
Decent enough finish, made in South Africa, so it is practically a Sebenza    :P

and some comparison photographs with a Marbles and an Ontario

Here's my attempt at knifemaking from an old file. The only electrical tools I used were an orbital sander and a hair dryer for my homemade forge. I made the dye for the sheath from rust and vinegar.. Yeah it smelled pretty bad for a while :ahhh. She's not pretty but she sure is sharp.

I was not even close. They did win, but with a rather meager 1 - 0.
