I've bought, sold, and gifted many fixed blades over the years, and my haphazard assortment has gradually been tuned to suit my needs and preferences. I've now got a much more focussed ensemble, and while I still have more than I need, i'd be hard pressed to identify any that I'd be prepared to let go. Other than a J. Adams MOD knife that never gets used, I think this is pretty much my full array of fixed blade sheath knives.

Stainless on the top, carbon steel below, and I made the two that are horizontal.

@ Zed, great shot, though you did manage to make the beach look a little spooky.

Not a very good snap of my Al Mar 5th Special Forces [Abn] bowie.

This Ka-Bar 1272 Model and has been discontinued by the manufacturer.  But still a very wise-choice for the next zombie apocolypse. :D

Nice Kabar eTripper.
I like getting blades that are no longer made. At present I’m sourcing some 80’s boot knives.

I never knew they made anything like that at Khukuri House.  http://www.khukurihouseonline.com/
Thought they just made Kukris. Looks like a great size for EDC.

Thanks.
I’m liking it so far. Can’t tell about heat treat or edge retention as haven’t had it long enough.
I’m pretty sure the only other 52100 blade I have is a custom 8” fixed blade with differential temper, and it’s a super blade.

Here's a slightly better snap of my Al Mar Special Forces bowie.  I brought her out for a good wipe with a Sentry cloth.

Possibly my favorite fixed blade that I own

BK-4

BK-5

BK-20 (only 200 made)

Thats all for now, I have a few other favorites but they are places I don’t feel like going at the moment.
