Fallkniven... one of the best...
Thanks CeHo It's very pocketable.
This is a custom 4" drop point hunter done by a maker with the name of Tank.It has a handsome desert ironwood handle.

I can't remember the name of his shop but I think it's something like 3Bar Ranch in Texas.

I bought a small auto from him and he emailed that his shop had burned down.In an effort to help I ordered several knives from him. This is one of them.

Nice hunter. I like the pin design. Nice gesture by ordering the knives too.

This is my USMC KaBar. Just something I picked up at SMKW a few (~15) years ago; it's not an actual issued knife. I have modified it slightly to make it more usable as a field knife.

That's a nice looking Ka-Bar brother.

What kind of mods did you perform?

Thanks! I just trimmed the upper (back of blade) guard flush with the handle, to make it more maneuverable.

That's what I thought.I also thought you may have increased the bevel from the sides of the handle towards to hilt.

Looks good and is practical.

I did the same when I reground a couple of Buck 119's,that is ,remove the top part of the hilt.

Those are some great looking 119s! The 119 is probably my favorite Buck design.

This is a Buck 639.

This has the same blade as the famous Buck Master survival knife but with a rubber handle, instead of the hollow handle used for survival items.

mora eldris, with a comparison to a regular Mora.

Works well, for what it is - I used it in the kitchen and it is OK.

EKA G3 - is it a fixed blade? is it a folding knife -both really, as you hold one end of the blade when you use it, making it feel like a fixed blade (locking pin/push button).

it reminds me, in feel, of the buck 110

Weighs 150g

Great knives displayed in this thread, congrats to all of the owners.

This is a Randall Model 8 Trout and Bird. A dealer had put this up for sale at a very low price.I inquired about the price and he explained the owner tried to polish the blade and it was a half-ass job.So I bought it. Rather than return it to the original finish,I decided to complete the job and provide a mirror polish.

This knife has only one option and that is the brass and black spacers. It came standard with a Sambar Stage handle. It also has an 01 tool steel blade

That's a great looking knife Clemens. That sheath is also top notch. It looks like a Randall sheath.I wonder if Sullivan's Saddle shop, who makes Randall sheaths, made those for Kershaw.

I don’t know why, but these Kershaw knives are something special for me. I don’t have so much fixt blades. Maybe one of the hunter series will be my bushcraftknife.

The quality is high end - like a custom knife. The design is timeless and the feeling is the best I ever had, it fits my hand perfectly.

They really are special.

Maybe if i'm lucky,I may be able to trade you one of those so I'll have at least one example of their older craftsmanship.
