As much as I love mt's, I have had a longer love affair with knives. Fixed blades are my preference because a folding knife is just a broken fixed blade!! :)
Here are two of my favorites, both from custom knife maker Bradshaw Blades. His work is phenomenal and I will probably end up with a few more.
The small guy is used for trail hikes and camping, while his bigger brother is all chopper.

 Carried this one today  :cheers: have it on the belt loop between my two back pockets and it is riding pretty good back there :like: the handle is just the right size for my hands as well :tu:

It is the Hunt'n Fisch by CRKT :cheers: Really a great little fixed blade knife :tu: the blade is just beefy enough that it feels very stout but not overly big :cheers: I will see how long I carry it for an EDC ::) but I do really like it :tu: I thi k that the sheath (few posts back) is very well made as well and just as good of quality :tu:
