I did an 'El Peacent' on my cauliflower today:

Did the same thing with broccoli using my Hunter XS! It was a one sided fight.

Day 17...

The wife and I drove the 2 1/2 hours back home to Indiana to visit our moms.  The Centurion made the trip with me. Another boring day for the 111mm SAK. No use. So here’s a shot of the back scale and the holes left behind after I took the Swiss Bianco pocket clip off.

Cutting some rotted seat belts out of a wagon.  I don't think anyone really uses them anyway.

Forester again.
I am running out of interesting things to say about 111mm SAKs and will probably quit the challenge - if not now then certainly very soon. Your chances of winning the amazing Mauser 108mm - what a prize! - just improved a bit.
Good luck everyone!

I had my eye on a Helmsman and I quite like the look of the tuning fork shackle thingy. But then I remembered other nagging things like bills, petrol, riding lessons, "Daddy we need a new iPad" etc.
Besides, we all know there is a triumvirate of alox on the horizon and I haven't even got last year's yet!

Don't drop out now! You're well over half way through. And there is always something interesting to say about a 111mm. Especially since the longer one carries a tool, the more one learns and notices. Besides, you have to carry a knife, might as well be a 111mm. Stick with us, Buddy!

Kitchen duty again, made Hungarian goulash. Had some wine as well. (And the meal itself - no SAK on the picture).

Day 18

We had 45mph winds with gust of 55mph. A piece of trim on my trailer was ripped off and was held on by 3 inch piece of plastic. If I had a plane edge SAK I would had to of used the saw but the serrations made short work of the plastic. Slice slice done that quick.  I LOVE this serrated blade!

Day 4:

Twenty years ago today, I bought my Gibson J-45 brand new. Still kicking it after all these years.
If the trees blew down the wind and no one was around, would the alphabet song really go backwards?

18/30

A bit simpler food prep today, also opened packages.

We're not far from completion, wonder if I should switch knives at least once.

By the way, was it established that as long as you carry and take pics you can be tardy with postings, provided there's an obstacle?

Because I'm going to a trip abroad in a few days (Baltics+Poland any suggestions for a visit?) SAK related or just generally interesting.) and while 111mm is legal in all of them internet access may be a hurdle.
