Getting to the good stuff.....

Merit Badges Start a new thread and post a photo of an Executive or Director for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the pen for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participants shall carry and use one Soldier knife, the model of their choosing, for the duration of the 90 days and post a picture each day. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Delemont SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Cybertool (any variant), Swisschamp, Champion or Toolchest for sixty (60) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge by carrying  a GEC knife and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo daily of any SAK 74mm or smaller ( you can switch it up daily ) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Build your own version of an MRE using off-the-shelf components, post a photo of the completed MRE and store at room temperature for 6 days or more. Consume the MRE after the storage period and post pictures and descriptions of the contents. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Farmer X SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. I've found it is noticeably bigger in the pocket, but I don't think I'd give up the scissors now.

Hercules tag-teaming on this grapefruit. I find the lack of a smaller/finer blade a bit of a bummer for such a versatile tool.

There was also some work for the pliers today;taking out a tiny piece of otherwise unreachable jammed paper out of a laser printer. A job requiring a delicate yet strong tool. Really happy with it :D (no pic for that... It's hard to take work-related pics when in front of users that just stand there waiting for you to fix the bloody thing)

Day 19

Joyful package opening, becasue look what the cat - actually the postman  :) - dragged in: my first 84 mm Vic's. I really grew fond of my Wenger Traveler, so I thought, why not try a Vic in the same size. I bought a used Waiter and Sportsman off ebay for buttons. First impression: very nice size, lightweight SAK's. Perhaps I'm going minimalist after this challenge...
