Help Identifying 84 mm VSAK

Hello.  I'm looking for some help identifying an 84 mm VSAK.  I got the watch as a sales promotion in the late 1990's-early 2000's.  It is 84 mm, 2-layers, has no scale tools (toothpick, tweezers), no backside tools, and no keyring.  The frontside tools are main blade, small blade, cap lifter, and can opener. 

The reverse scale says ISCO and I know what/who this company is, so what I'm really hoping is that someone can tell me the Victorinox model name for this knife.  I have checked the SAKWiki without success.

I'd say Recruit, except it has no scale tools, maybe an econo version

Thanks you guys.  That's as close as I could come using the SAKWiki, but I assumed that the absence of scale tools ruled it out.  I wonder if it was a special run of an "Econo Recruit" since it was made as a sales promotional item.  Econo Recruit, that's what I'm going with.
